FAQ
When will I receive my merchandise order?
Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. We rely on Australia Post for delivery of items so please allow 8-10 days from purchase of your order to delivery.
What if my merchandise is damaged?
If your merchandise is delivered damaged, please contact us via mail@vsk.org.au immediately and we can provide a replacement. We understand that sometimes these things happen and will do everything we can to replace the item as soon as possible. You may be requested to provide proof of the damaged item, such as a photo so we can investigate the cause to ensure that this does not happen again.
Is my purchase from the Very Special Kids online shop tax-deductible?
The purchase of merchandise from the shop is not tax-deductible.
I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel or refund my order?
If you change your mind, we do not offer a refund. However, if your product is damaged, we will replace the item.
Do you have a physical shop where I can visit to purchase merchandise?
We stock a small range of merchandise at our Very Special Kids head office, opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
A select range of piggy banks are also available at Commonwealth Bank branches during the month of November.
