How to provide feedback

At Very Special Kids we are committed to continuous improvement and greatly value your feedback.

 

If you have a compliment, comment, complaint or general feedback, we’d love to hear from you. There are many ways you can get in touch with us.

 

1. We encourage you in the first instance to speak directly with the area of the organisation that you have been dealing with by calling 1800 888 875 or emailing feedback@vsk.org.au.

 

2. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, or aren’t happy with the response, you can also complete our Complaints, Comments and Compliments form. Once completed, you can submit the form via email to feedback@vsk.org.au OR via post to the Complaints and Feedback Manager, Very Special Kids, 321 Glenferrie Road, Malvern, Victoria, 3144, OR drop it in the comments box in the hospice or main reception.
