Mittagundi Adolescent Camp

About the event

Very Special Kids is teaming up with Mittagundi Outdoor Education Centre to offer siblings, aged between 14 and 17 years old, a unique 5-day camp in Victoria’s High Country Alpine Region.

Mittagundi is a rustic and authentic outdoor camp designed to support young people to commune with the land, each other and themselves. Young people will engage in a wide range of nature-based activities including rafting and working together on the Mittagundi farm.

With no electricity or mobile reception, Mittagundi offers a chance to unplug, build confidence and experience simple outdoor living while forming meaningful peer connections. 

There is no cost to attend the camp. As this program is held during the academic term, we can provide a letter to your school confirming your young person’s involvement in the Mittagundi program.

Please note, filling out this form does not guarantee your young person a place on camp. We will be calling families who have expressed interest to discuss and make sure camp is a good fit for your young person. You will then be contacted again by Wednesday 22nd July to advise if your young person has been offered a place.
