About the event
*Note new date – Thursday 5 December*
We know from speaking with many children grief can be a lonely time. ‘Our Space’ has been created to offer opportunity for regular ongoing connection with other children who have experienced the death of a brother of sister. The aim is to provide a safe and caring online space for siblings to gather to have fun, connect and share experiences on a monthly basis, as we have learnt from children how valuable peer support can be.
Please register your interest with Janelle on jphillips@vsk.org.au or 0428 240 031.
The Zoom link will be provided upon expression of interest.
NOTE – this is a private event for children and families supported by Very Special Kids.

This is a fun and therapeutic program designed especially for primary-aged siblings of Very Special Kids.
We are running a ‘super’ sibling day during the school holidays! We’d love you to ask your kids the following questions:
- Are you a Very Special Kids sibling at primary school?
- Do you want to hang out with other siblings just like you?
- Do you have strengths that you are proud of?
- Do you want to have fun and imagine your amazing future?
If their answer is YES, they can uncover their superhero potential at our upcoming sibling day!
Please RSVP here by Thursday 19 September. For more information please contact Ange (aflood@vsk.org.au), Anna (aphipps@vsk.org.au) or Damienne (dmor@vsk.org.au).
